The firm implements personal data processing.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data implemented is:
- The legitimate interest pursued by the firm when it pursues the following purposes:
- Prospecting and animation;

For accounting purposes, it is retained for 10 years from the end of the accounting year. Prospect data is retained for a period of 3 years if no participation or registration for the firm's events has taken place.
The data processed is intended for authorized persons within the firm, as well as its service providers.
Under the conditions defined by the Data Protection Act and the European Data Protection Regulation, individuals have the right to access, rectify, query, limit, transfer and delete data concerning them.
The persons concerned by the processing operations carried out also have the right to object at any time, for reasons relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data based on the legitimate interest of the firm, as well as the right to object to commercial prospecting. The persons concerned have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
